Towards income generation for the local community, we have formed a collective of more than 120 women weavers through SHGs. The collective apart from being supported in market linkage, is trained in contemporary weaving techniques, natural dyeing etc. The collective has been actively participating in trade fairs, regional and state exhibitions etc.

Partnering with Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission in Majuli, since October 2020 Ayang is running 3 training centers on Food Processing, Weaving and Bamboo Crafts each in Majuli. The training focuses on skills required for value addition, financial literacy and
Ayang also supports market linkage.
